COVID-19 DELIVERY INFO UPDATE:
While we have no disruptions to our pick and pack or shipping of your orders and are still sending all in stock orders in less than 24 hours during the Covid 19 outbreak most of our delivery partners have seen some form of disruption to their services, due to a number of things such as an increase in online shopping and having to work to social distancing rules. What this means for you is that your order may take an extra day or two to arrive as the volume of parcels being sent is larger and the processing takes a little longer. This isn’t true in all instances some parcels are seeing no delays while others a day or two. If you have any concern on how long your parcel is taking to arrive please reach out and contact us so we can help you out.

Delivery times will vary depending on your destination.
We use a range of courier drivers and Australia post, depending on what service you choose. All orders will have a tracking number which will be emailed to you by our shipping providers once the order has been picked up. We keep tracking number so we are able to follow up your order if you did not receive an update. Before you contact us for a tracking number check your emails junk folder. Orders are sent off within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
You can add insurance to your orders for the ultimate peace of mind. Add the $2 insurance fee to your order at checkout to have 100% of your order covered. If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged or is stolen you are completely covered. If the same happens to you and you haven’t added insurance, don’t worry you aren’t on your own we will do everything in our power to help you locate or rectify the issue, but priority will always be given to those that insured their parcel and will always have a hassle free experience. If you need to raise a claim simply email us and we can get it started straight away.
– You can return your online purchase for a refund within 30 days, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
– You can refund your purchase if you change your mind or don’t like the scent as long as product was purchased less than 30 days previous is unused and in saleable condition
– We will refund any items with manufacturing faults that are returned in original packaging.
– We do not refund items that have been used or open.
– You’ll need to send us your original invoice along with the item in its original condition.
Our subscription boxes are a 6 month subscription that gives you a constant monthly supply of beard products delivered to your door each and every month for the 6 month total.
What products are included: You will receive an assortment of professional beard grooming products if you selected beard products only and a combination of beard and hair products if you selected the beard and hair option. There will be an assortment of products all designed to give you a complete overall grooming experience and they will always have more value than the $75 cost of the subscription.
Free Shipping: as we offer Free Australian Shipping over $75 our subscription boxes are included with this so you will not be charged for shipping on any of the subscription boxes that are delivered.
How do we charge you for subscriptions: The service is run through PayPal so we do not store any of your payment information on file, it is an automatic process that PayPal will charge you on the same date each month, this will then generate a new order and a new box to be sent out to you with new tracking etc. Once the 6 months are up PayPal will no longer charge you and the subscription box will stop.
When will I be charged: Payment is completed on the day of purchase and then processed on the same date next month. For example, if you purchased on the 15th day of the month your order will be automatically paid and generated on the 15th of the following month, this will last for a total of 6 months and will then stop.
What happens if payment is unsuccessful: if PayPal tries to charge your PayPal account or credit card (depending on what method you first paid with) and there are insufficient funds on the card or account the subscription will be paused and Payment will automatically be tried again in 5 days. If it is still unsuccessful from here we will email you letting you know that payment was unsuccessful and you will need to update your payment details to continue.
Extra charges: There are no extra charges, $75 per month for 6 months is the cost with no hidden fees or charges.
How to cancel or modify: As the subscription boxes always receive extra value in each box we do have a minimum 6 month term for the subscription boxes however at the end of this term the service is automatically stopped and you will need to reactivate with a new subscription if you wish to continue. If you want to pause the order as you know you will be away for a month you can pause the subscription for 1 month during the term if you need to, to do this simply log into your account, select the subscription tab and hit pause under your subscription.
How to change my address: If you need to change your address part of the way through the subscription term, no worries. Simply log into your account and edit your shipping address. All future orders will now go to the new address.
The Bearded Stag reserves the right to cancel a subscription service at any time if at any point we no longer offer the subscription services to customers. If we do this you will be notified and we will no longer take any more money as the service will end.
Subscription box services are only available for Australian residents.
The Stag Bucks Rewards Program
The Stag Bucks Rewards Program is open to all our customers who create an account with us. The rewards program entitles you to a $10 voucher for every 100 points you earn. You earn 1 point for each dollar spent online when you are logged into your account, you need to create an account which is free to do and can be done during the checkout and you will receive points that are stored in your account for each purchase while logged in. Once you reach 100 points we will automatically email you a $10 voucher which has 3 months until it expires. You can use multiple vouchers in the one order and also save them to use together with other vouchers as long as the expiration date hasn’t passed yet.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.
