Once we hand our deliveries over to our couriers you will receive an email update from either Sendle or Australia post depending who has your order. They will provide you with all the updates and tracking information. Sometimes these emails can end up in your emails junk folder, so please check there first before you contact us, For some reason, if you still have no email, get in touch we have copies of all tracking so can provide you with your number if needed.

How long will my item take to arrive, generally all orders placed before Midday will be posted the same business day, our postage guidelines are set by Auspost and our courier network and are as follows,
Standard Delivery and Free Delivery 3 to 6 business Days.
Express service is 1 to 2 Business Days.
New Zealand 3 to 6 Business Days.
Where is my item, all our orders are trackable which our delivery partners will email to you once your order has been picked up. If you didn’t receive an email check your emails junk folder, still nothing after that feel free to get in touch so we can give you your tracking.
My order is different to what I asked for, We take the utmost care at The Bearded Stag to make sure all our orders are correct, however, if you believe the product is different, then, of course, we will rectify with the correct product straight away.
I can’t grow a beard, which one of your products will help me sprout a glorious facial mane, Funnily enough Gents, this is a common question we get asked, unfortunately no such product exists, while yes, it is true our beard oils will create a healthy environment for your hair to grow thicker, stronger and with more man lustre. No product will grow hair where there is none, it all comes down to genetics.
