Our Most Common Auto Renew Questions.

What if I need to cancel my Auto Renew?

Easy! Simply login into your account and cancel your auto renew subscription. There are no nasty lock in contracts and you can cancel at any time.

Can I add and remove products from an existing Subscription?

Absolutely! We want you to have complete freedom of your account and products. You can add, remove and change products in your subscription at any time. Simply login to your account and select Manage Subscription, from here you can remove products you no longer want as part of your subscription. To add a new product or products to your Auto Renew make sure you are logged in and go to the product page of the new product, just below the add to cart button there will be a text box saying “add to existing subscription”,  tick this to confirm and it will arrive with your next scheduled delivery. 

Can I change or pause my order renew cycle?

Yes! Simply login to your account to change your cycle to what best suits you. You can even pause your Auto Renew for a cycle if you know you are going to be away or don’t need it this time around.

How will I be charged?

We don’t store any of your card or payment details on file, that is all managed by PayPal and our Merchant Gateway.

Depending on what cycle you choose for your Auto Renew service, your payment method will be charged on the same date of each cycle. For example, if you purchased on the 15th and selected ‘every month’, our payment gateway will recharge your payment method on the 15th of each month.

Do I need an account?

Yes, you do need an account to use the Auto Renew service. An account is simply a login email address and a password you create, this is necessary so that you can login and manage your Auto Renew subscriptions at any time without the assistance of our customer service. If you don’t already have an account with us and you select to use the Auto Renew service you will be forced to make an account during checkout.

Can I change my payment method?

Absolutely! This can be done at any time from the subscriptions tab in your login. Simply select payment methods and update as you wish.

What if I need to return my order?

Auto Renew returns are treated the same way as our normal returns, with the same terms and conditions. If you want to exchange your product and it is unused, send us an email so we can organise a return for you. 

How long will I be charged for?

The great news is we have no lock in contracts Auto Renew, it is completely up to you how long you want the Auto Renew service for. You can log into your account online and stop, pause or change your service at any time. It is managed completely by you, no need to get in touch with us to make changes at all. Your product will continue to arrive and your payment method will be charged until you stop or make changes.

Can I get express delivery?

Sure, just select express delivery at checkout. This will apply to your first order only. As mentioned, all reoccurring Auto Renew orders will be sent via standard shipping. The best part about Auto Renew is there should be no need to pay for expensive shipping upgrades because you need the products urgently, they will continue to arrive for you just before you run out of your current product.
